As you may know, that's a "practice suit" or a "drag suit." The theory is that if you practice with a suit like that, when you wear a regular, sleek, form-fitting speedo in competition, your performance will be enhanced. Too bad he's not wearing his competition suit!

It's called a "square suit". I just bought one but haven't used it in the pool yet.

I guess they allow boys to wear minimal clothing without parading around in a speedo...don't understand that line of thinking since most everyone a swim meet is hardly wearing anything at all anyways.
