Very smart in a retro kind of way - nothing retro about that nice body and bulge though.

I had a pair like this as a young teen in the 80s: the idea was that the belt disguised the "longer" style which was not worn so low on the hips and would therefore be a more secure fit; less danger of an active boy displaying his all in public. My mates and me all wore trunks rather than shorts and loved that clingy look and feel when they got wet - we thought it real sexy, God help us.
